Q. What is included in your Pods?
A. All of our Pods come with three double power sockets as standard, two internal LED lights and one external LED light for models with an overhang (Max Pods). Mini switch board, 10m caravan power lead and 10 year smoke alarm also included.
Q. Do the Pods require a foundation?
A. We normally rest the Pod down on four blocks of timber, placed in each corner. Some customers choose to build a more permanent foundation at their own cost. Here are some examples…
Q. Are the Pods insulated?
A. Yes, all of our Pods are fully insulated (walls and ceiling) with Earthwool® and Expol underfloor.
Q. Are the Pods secure?
A. Our Pods come with a security motion sensor light installed along with a locking sliding door and window. Any additional security must be installed by the owner.
Q. How long does it take to deliver once an order is placed?
A. Normally our Pods can be built within 4-6 weeks, but due to Covid and current material delays, this can be longer. An estimated time frame will be provided along with your quote.
Q. Delivery: where we deliver and costs
A. Our standard delivery is within 70km of our base, but we can deliver nationwide at additional cost. Local delivery within 70km of our base is $5 per km each way.
Q. Can I custom design my Pod?
A. You can move the window and ranch slider from wall to wall as required. We also have a range of extras you can add to customise your Pod as you like.
